I have been traversing through the professional realm of customer service and account management for the last seven years both in the sales and marketing fields. However, my love lies in the tourism and media businesses out of all the ones I’ve investigated. I’ve been familiar with its ins and outs and have grasped its complexity and requirements. I think my superior communication abilities, smart problem-solving approach, and never-ending drive to make sure my customers always receive the greatest care are what make me strong in developing relationships with them.
